Claiming a prize?
Email the office first — we will tell you exactly what ID to bring. Prizes must be claimed within 6 months of the draw date; the full process is in the Rules of Play.
Membership question?
You can manage or cancel your membership on this site any time — free, no penalty, effective for the next draw.
